I am Dikshyanta Dhungana , an alumna of Virinchi College enrolled for BICT in the year 2017. After completing my Bachelor's, to pursue higher studies, I got enrolled in MBA program at Virinchi College.During my MBA journey, I got oppurtunity to train the BICT students with graphic designing initially.
Having majored in Software Engineering with MBA in Entreprenuership and Innovation, I was not only passionate about the field of study but also had a keen interest in leadership and mentorship. This passion did not go unnoticed by the college administration, which led to an invitation for to take on the dual responsibility of Trainer and Faculty member.
The transition from a full-time student to an integral part of the academic faculty has been an exciting and challenging endeavor for me. Simultaneously,I am currently holding a faculty position, contributing to the academic discourse and guiding students in their intellectual pursuits. This dual role exemplifies Virinchi College's commitment to nurturing talent from within its own ranks and providing a platform for graduates to make a meaningful impact in both educational and professional spheres.
I would like to express gratitude for the opportunities provided by Virinchi College. Virinchi has been instrumental in shaping my journey, and I look forward to inspiring the next generation of students.
